WHAT IS CSC AND WHY IS IT IMPORTANT?
All transport containers have a CSC plate (Container Safety Convention). The data listed there are essential for all companies and people involved in international shipping / logistics. Each container used for loaded transport should have a valid CSC plate.
Some shipping companies require a separate "shippers own" certificate and/or a photo of the CSC plate - if you are renting or buying a container this should be 100% clear when placing the order.
