FRESH, FROZEN FISH AND SEAFOOD

Oily fish are often best stored at temperatures of -30/40°C and tuna at -50/60°C. ArcticStores work at least down to -40 °C, and our Arctic Ultra Freezer is perfect for chilling tuna down to -60°C.
The low fan speed at appropriate cooling temperatures reduces dehydration of unprotected fish during storage.
ArcticStores have 4 hermetically sealed drain pipes, one in each corner, in case you want to store fresh fish on ice.
You can use our ArcticBlast, to freeze or chill all types of harvested and farmed freshwater and saltwater fish.
