ISO 14001:2015
What is it?
ISO Standards are international standards overseen by the International Organization for Standardization. ISO 14001:2015 is an internationally agreed standard that sets out the requirements for an environmental management system.
What it means to you:
It means that TITAN Containers has been found to be in compliance with the ISO 14001:2015 requirements. More specifically, it means that we have a robust system in place to improve our environmental performance through more efficient use of resources and reduction of waste. It shows our commitment to sustainability and the welfare of the planet.
ISO 9001:2015
What is it?
ISO 9001:2015 is an internationally agreed quality management system designed to ensure superior levels of service.
What it means to you:
Being certified to ISO 9001 standard indicates that TITAN Containers has put in place effective processes and ensured staff training to deliver flawless services every time. HACCP
What is it?
HACCP is an internationally recognized food management system in which food safety is addressed through the analysis of biological, chemical and physical hazards during raw material production, procurement and handling, and the manufacturing, distribution and consumption of the end product.
What it means to you:
Our ArcticStore cold storage units can operate between -40°F and +113°F, catering for HACCP minimum temperature requirements of 5°F and below. Our units also support remote monitoring capability, allowing HACCP requirements for temperature monitoring and datalogging to be met. ArcticStore internal surfaces are medical-grade stainless steel and aluminum, supporting HACCP requirements for the control of cleanliness and contamination risk.
GDP
What is it?
GDP stands for Good Distribution Practices and is a minimum standard that must be met to ensure the quality and integrity of medicines are maintained throughout the pharmaceutical supply chain.
What it means to you:
TITAN Containers can supply GDP-compliant cold storage containers tested to GDP’s four-stage requirements of Design Qualification, Installation Qualification, Performance Qualification, and Operational Qualification, also known as DQ, IQ, PQ and OQ. Certification is accompanied by a 32-page report that details test results in these four areas and confirms compliance with GDP for a three-year period.
CE
What is it?
The presence of the CE logo on TITAN containers indicates that they have been assessed by the manufacturer and deemed to meet EU (European Union) safety, health and environmental protection requirements.
What it means to you:
The CE mark is necessary for all products made overseas – as the lion’s share of shipping containers are – if they are to be authorised for sale in Europe. It affords that market a degree of assurance that CE-marked products can safely be used as intended.
NPSA
What is it?
The NPSA is the National Portable Storage Association, the leading trade body for businesses that supply containers for storage across America. A nonprofit membership assocation dedicated to advancing the portable storage industry, it currently has more than 700 members.
What it means to you:
Our NPSA membership is a sign of our commitment to best practices in everything we do when it comes to containerized storage. NPSA members meet regularly at events and trade shows across the US, and many of these dates are firm fixtures on the TITAN calendar.
