Health & Safety Policy

At TITAN Containers, health and safety are fundamental to everything we do. We are committed to protecting the health and safety of our employees, customers, visitors, contractors, and other relevant parties who may be affected by our activities in the rental and sale of storage and shipping containers.

The senior management team is fully dedicated to:

• Meeting all applicable legislation and other compliance obligations related to occupational health and safety.
• Conducting risk assessments, eliminating hazards, controlling and minimizing risks, and effectively managing health, safety and welfare.
• Promoting a positive health and safety culture within the organization.
• Providing all employees with healthy working conditions and adequate welfare facilities.
• Ensuring all employees and contractors are provided with adequate information, instruction, training, and supervision to perform their tasks safely and competently.
• Regularly monitoring and evaluating health and safety performance across all global operations using audits, risk assessments, and performance data to drive continuous improvement in safety systems and procedures.
• Doing all that is reasonably practicable to prevent accidents, injuries, and cases of work-related ill health.
• Providing and maintaining safe surroundings and equipment at our depots, offices, and self-storage locations.
• Supplying personal protective equipment.
• Ensuring the safe handling of all substances.
• Implementing emergency procedures, including evacuation in case of fire or other significant incidents.
• Ensuring activities/tasks are carried out safely and without risk to the health and safety of employees.
• Maintaining appropriate documentation and records, including policies, procedures, risk assessments, and incident reports.

TITAN Containers takes all reasonable and practical steps to ensure the above and provides the necessary resources to achieve and maintain its aims.

Leadership at all levels of the organization is accountable for implementing this policy and ensuring its effectiveness. Managers must demonstrate commitment to safety and act as role models for health and safety excellence.

Employees are responsible for complying with health and safety information and instructions. Employees are encouraged to provide feedback and participate in health and safety initiatives, hazard identification, and risk mitigation processes to foster a safety-conscious culture.

This policy statement will be subject to regular review as necessary and at least annual intervals by the management team.

In addition to this statement, procedures and instructions are established, implemented, and maintained to meet the specific health and safety requirements of TITAN Containers.
